		<description>Oooh I wish I had one sitting here so I could tell you. Looking at the picture, the base of the lamp seems to have a lot of paper so I'm thinking it's pretty sturdy. Perhaps if you kept it clipped and in use it would have less wear and tear. And I'd keep it away from windows because paper can fade like crazy.</description>
